An RPA may only be flown in an EVLOS operation: (a) if the remote pilot, and any observer, each has visual acuity (including when corrected) that complies with the Austroads standard for private motor vehicle licensing visual acuity, as in force from time to time; and... (b) in conditions with a visibility minimum of 5 000 m.
