In bestimmten Gebieten (z.B. Gebiete rund um Flughäfen und Flugplätze, Flugbeschränkungsgebiete, etc.) dürfen auch nach bereits erteilter "Specific"-Betriebsgenehmigungen Flüge nur mit vorheriger Bewilligung von Austro Control bzw. von anderen Behörden durchgeführt werden.
