A RePL training organisation must not give a student a certificate of course completion until the student has, for the relevant RPA: (a) passed the aeronautical knowledge examination; and (b) been assessed as competent in the relevant practical competency units; and (c) passed the relevant flight test; and (d) remedied any knowledge deficiency.
