You must keep your drone at least 30 meters away from third-party persons and property (such as buildings and vehicles). Flying closer than 30 meters requires special permission.

The distance prescribed by the Ordinance of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism under Article 132-86, Paragraph 2, Item 3 of the Act shall be 30 meters.
