（使用者の整備の義務） 第二百三十六条の二十　法第百三十二条の十四第二項の規定により無人航空機を安全基準に適合するように維持しなければならない者は、次に掲げる措置を講ずることとする。 一機体及び装備品等の製造者等の作成する整備に関する技術的資料に準拠して適切な整備を実施すること。 二無人航空機に発生した不具合を適切に是正すること。 三整備作業の結果を適確に記録し、保存すること。
