(1) Lennundusseaduse § 4 1 lõike 1 alusel kehtestatud korralduses riigi julgeoleku tagamise eesmärgil kehtestatud lennupiirangute alas võib lend toimuda selle asutuse, kes on korralduses märgitud objekti valdajaks, loa alusel.
