When submitting your notification, you must include a map of your flight area and proof of consent from the facility manager. You also need to attach a photo of your drone, unless it already has an official registration number displayed on it.

通報書には、飛行区域を示す地図を添付する必要があります。 同意を証明する書面の写し等の提出 対象施設の管理者等から同意を得て飛行を行う場合には、その同意を証明する書面の写しを提出する必要があります。 機器の写真の添付 通報書には、小型無人機等の飛行に係る機器の写真を添付する必要があります。ただし、当該小型無人機等に航空法（昭和27年法律第231号）第132条の５第１項の規定により登録記号が表示されているときは不要です。
