Prezes Urzędu, przy użyciu systemu teleinformatycznego BSP, przeprowadza szkolenie oraz egzamin online na warunkach określonych w części A załącznika do rozporządzenia nr 2019/947/UE, w podkategorii A1 i A3 w kategorii „otwartej”, o której mowa w art. 4 rozporządzenia nr 2019/947/UE.
