Reduced Flight Visibility in Class G Airspace at Low Speeds

When flying in Class G airspace in Finland, you are permitted to operate with a reduced flight visibility of 1500 meters (as per Table S5-1) if your indicated airspeed (IAS) is 140 knots or less. If you fly faster or in other conditions, you must follow the standard visibility limits specified in Table S5-1.

Ilmatilaluokassa G sallitaan taulukon S5-1 mukaisesti 1500 metriin alennetut len- tonäkyvyydet lennoilla, jotka suoritetaan enintään 140 solmun mittarinopeudella (IAS). Muissa olosuhteissa on noudatettava taulukon S5-1 mukaisia lentonäkyvyyk- siä.
