In certain geographical zones (excluding red zones), you can fly a drone in the Open category around an artificial obstacle up to 5 meters above it and within 50 meters horizontally, even if this exceeds the zone's normal height limit.

Requirement as structured

UAS operations around an artificial obstacle within 50 meters horizontally and up to 5 meters vertically above the obstacle are permitted even beyond the height limits of the geographical zone, remaining in the Open category.

All'interno delle zone geografiche definite nei successivi paragrafi 6.8, 6.9, 6.10 e 6.11 (ad eccezione delle aree rosse, per le quali si rimanda al capoverso successivo) sono possibili operazioni UAS nell'intorno di un ostacolo artificiale entro 50 mt orizzontalmente e fino a 5 mt verticalmente1, anche oltre le altezze consentite nelle rispettive aree, rimanendo in categoria aperta.
