Before starting a flight or a series of flights in a geographical zone, the UAS operator and the geographical zone manager must register the flight application and coordination decision in the portal.

Pirms lidojuma vai lidojumu sērijas uzsākšanas UAS ekspluatantam un UAS ģeogrāfiskās zonas pārvaldītājam ir pienākums reģistrēt portālā šo noteikumu 54. punktā norādīto informāciju un informāciju par šo noteikumu 56. punktā noteiktajā kārtībā pieņemto lēmumu.
