Operations Over Roads and Railways in Open Category

In plain language

In the Open category, you cannot fly near or over roads or railways because of uninvolved people. The only exception is if you fly a drone under 250g or a C0-marked drone in subcategory A1, and there are no crowds.

In the Open category, drone operations must not be conducted near or over roads or railways, except in subcategory A1 with drones weighing under 250g or marked C0, provided there is no assembly of people.

Operando in Categoria Aperta, le operazioni non devono essere condotte vicino o sopra strade o ferrovie poichè in quell'area saranno presenti persone non coinvolte. L'unica eccezione è nella sottocategoria A1 ma limitata ai droni con peso sotto 250 g o con marcatura C0 poichè, secondo la UAS.OPEN.020(2), soltanto questi droni possono sorvolare persone non coinvolte purchè non vi sia assembramento di persone.
