一次に掲げる要件のいずれにも該当する試験飛行を行うことにつきあらかじめ国土交通大臣に届け出ている場合 イ　無人航空機の研究開発のために行うもの又は無人航空機の製造過程において行うものであること。 ロ　試験飛行を行う区域周辺の人又は物件の安全を確保するために必要な補助者の配置その他の国土交通大臣が定める措置が講じられているものであること。
