Effect of Remote Pilot Licence Suspension

If your remote pilot licence (RePL) is suspended by CASA, it becomes temporarily invalid and you cannot fly drones under the privileges of that licence during the suspension period.

A remote pilot licence is not in force, and the holder is deemed not to hold a remote pilot licence, during any period of suspension.

If a remote pilot licence is suspended under this regulation: (a) the holder is taken not to be the holder of a remote pilot licence during the period of suspension; and (b) the licence is not in force during the period of suspension stated in the notice under paragraph (2)(a).
