In afwijking van het eerste lid is het verboden een vlucht in subcategorie A3 als bedoeld in Bijlage deel A van uitvoeringsverordening (EU) nr. 2019/947 uit te voeren in geografische zones waarin laag mag worden gevlogen door civiele of militaire luchtvaartuigen.
