Prezes Urzędu cofa dokument, o którym mowa w art. 156p ust. 1, w przypadku stwierdzenia, że pilot bezzałogowego statku powietrznego: [...] 3) wykonując czynności lotnicze: a) zagraża życiu lub zdrowiu osób trzecich lub b) stwarza zagrożenie dla bezpieczeństwa publicznego [...] lub 4) wykonywał czynności lotnicze pod wpływem alkoholu lub środków działających podobnie do alkoholu.
