If your flight permit application is based on a standard PDRA, you must submit the PDRA table, a KML file showing your flight area and safety buffer, your operations manual, proof of payment, and airspace consultation with PAŻP.

Jeżeli operacja jest zgodna z predefiniowaną oceną ryzyka (PDRA) do wniosku należy dołączyć obowiązkowe załączniki: a) tabelę PDRA b) plik KML uwzględniający granice przestrzeni operacyjnej oraz bufora ryzyka naziemnego c) instrukcję operacyjną (INOP) d) potwierdzenie opłaty lotniczej za rozpatrzenie wniosku i wydanie decyzji... e) przeprowadzoną konsultację z PAŻP w zakresie weryfikacji ryzyka w przestrzeni powietrznej.
