飛行前に、飛行経路及びその周辺の航空機の運航者（救急医療用ヘリコプターの運航者、警察庁、都道府県警察、地方公共団体の消防機関等）に対し飛行予定を周知するとともに、航空機の飛行の安全に影響を及ぼす可能性がある場合は、無人航空機を飛行させる者への連絡を依頼すること。
