Zgodnie z art. 26 a ust. 1 pkt 3b lit. a ustawy – Prawo lotnicze, certyfikat LUC podlega sprawowaniu bieżącego nadzoru nad operatorami posiadającymi certyfikat LUC. Opłata za bieżący nadzór w tym zakresie wynosi 5000 zł.
