国土交通大臣は、前項の規定による技能証明の有効期間の更新の申請があつた場合には、その者が国土交通省令で定める身体適性に関する基準を満たし、かつ、その資格に応じ無人航空機を飛行させるのに必要な事項に関する最新の知識及び能力を習得させるための講習（第百三十二条の八十二及び第百三十二条の八十三において「無人航空機更新講習」という。）であつて第百三十二条の八十二の規定により国土交通大臣の登録を受けた者（第百三十二条の八十三、第百三十二条の八十四第一項及び第百三十四条第一項第十九号において「登録更新講習機関」という。）が実施するものを修了したと認めるときでなければ、技能証明の有効期間の更新をしてはならない。
