To film Croatian territory from the air, you must be registered for aerial filming activities in your home country and obtain a specific aerial filming permit beforehand.

Requirement as structured

Legal and natural persons registered for aerial filming with the competent authorities of the state in which they are established may film the territory of the Republic of Croatia from the air after obtaining an aerial filming approval.
