Before flying a drone in Poland, you must notify PANSA of your flight intention using their official IT system (such as the DroneTower app).

Requirement as structured

The UAS operator or remote pilot must report the intention to perform a UAS operation to the Polish Air Navigation Services Agency (PANSA) using the designated IT system.

Zamiar wykonania operacji z użyciem systemu bezzałogowego statku powietrznego podlega zgłoszeniu do Polskiej Agencji Żeglugi Powietrznej przy wykorzystaniu systemu teleinformatycznego, o którym mowa w art. 3b ust. 1 pkt 1 ustawy z dnia 8 grudnia 2006 r. o Polskiej Agencji Żeglugi Powietrznej. Zgłoszenia dokonuje operator systemu bezzałogowego statku powietrznego lub pilot bezzałogowego statku powietrznego.
