Only a RePL holder: (a) who is a certified RPA operator holding an approval for paragraph (2) (a); or (b) who is a member of the personnel of a certified RPA operator holding an approval for paragraph (2) (b); may be granted an approval under paragraph 101.029 (2) (b) of CASR for subregulation 101.073 (2) to operate an unmanned aircraft beyond the RePL holder’s visual line of sight.
