２－１ 無人航空機を飛行させる者の訓練 （１）基本的な操縦技量の習得 プロポの操作に慣れるため、以下の内容の操作が容易にできるようになるまで10 時間以上の操縦練習を実施する。なお、操縦練習の際には、十分な経験を有する者の監督の下に行うものとする。訓練場所は許可等が不要な場所又は訓練のために許可等を受けた場所で行う。
