When you apply for a Category III flight permit, it will normally be valid for up to 1 month. However, if you plan to fly continuously under the exact same conditions, you can get a permit valid for up to 1 year.

一回の許可等の期間は、原則として１ヶ月以内とする。ただし、申請内容に変更を生ずることなく、継続的に無人航空機を飛行させることが明らかな場合には、１年を限度として許可等を行うことができる。
