In der Verordnung gemäß Abs. 1 ist auch festzulegen, auf welche Art und Weise die verantwortlichen Piloten von Zivilluftfahrzeugen sowie von unbemannten Luftfahrzeugen den Anweisungen der für den jeweiligen für die militärische Nutzung reservierten Bereich zuständigen militärischen Flugleitung beim Ein-, Aus- oder Durchflug oder Betrieb nachkommen müssen.
