あらかじめ、飛行の場所を管轄する警察署、消防署等の連絡先を調べ、２－３（17）に掲げる事態が発生した際には、必要に応じて直ちに警察署、消防署、その他必要な機関等へ連絡するとともに、国土交通省ホームページに掲載されている別表：無人航空機による事故等の情報提供先一覧のとおり許可等を行った国土交通省航空局安全部無人航空機安全課、地方航空局保安部運航課又は空港事務所まで報告する。なお、夜間等の執務時間外における報告については、24 時間運用されている空港事務所に電話で連絡を行う。
