If you are flying under Category II rules (which require entry controls) and you see someone enter or approach the area directly under your drone, you must immediately stop the flight, change your path, or land in a safe spot.

無人航空機を飛行させる者は、第百三十二条の八十五第一項各号に掲げる空域における飛行又は前条第二項各号に掲げる方法のいずれかによらない飛行（以下「特定飛行」という。）を行う場合（立入管理措置を講ずることなく飛行を行う場合を除く。）において、当該特定飛行中の無人航空機の下に人の立入り又はそのおそれのあることを確認したときは、直ちに当該無人航空機の飛行を停止し、飛行経路の変更、航空機の航行の安全並びに地上及び水上の人及び物件の安全を損なうおそれがない場所への着陸その他の必要な措置を講じなければならない。
