第四条　法第十条第二項第三号に掲げる小型無人機等の飛行を行おうとする者（以下「公務操縦者」という。）が行う同条第三項の規定による対象施設の管理者への通報は、小型無人機等の飛行を開始する時間の四十八時間前までに、次に掲げる書類を当該対象施設の管理者に提出して行うものとする。
