Therefore, UAS operations in subcategory A3 may also be conducted with an UA with: ... (b) a class C1 class identification label that complies with the requirements of Part 1 of the Annex to Regulation (EU) 2019/945, as well as with an active and updated direct remote identification system and a geo-awareness function.
