If you are flying BVLOS without helpers (Level 3) and cannot constantly monitor the path with cameras, you must submit a Flight Notification Form to the regional aviation bureau at least one business day before flying.

地上において機上や地上に設置されたカメラ等により予定している飛行経路において他の航空機及び無人航空機の状況を常に確認できない場合は、その飛行内容について、飛行する場所を管轄する地方航空局へ「飛行内容通知書」を提出し、航空情報の発行手続きが必要です。遅くとも飛行を行う日の1開庁日前までに、余裕を持ってご提出をお願い致します。
