If you fly a registered drone without properly displaying its registration number or transmitting Remote ID, or if you ignore a government order to correct registration issues, you can be fined up to 500,000 yen.

第百五十七条の九　次の各号のいずれかに該当するときは、その違反行為をした者は、五十万円以下の罰金に処する。 一　第百三十二条の五第二項の規定に違反して、登録無人航空機を航空の用に供したとき。 二　第百三十二条の九（第一号に係る部分に限る。）の規定による命令に違反して、登録無人航空機を航空の用に供したとき。
