A UAS operator, holding an LUC with privileges, registered in an EASA Member State other than the Republic of Ireland, that intends to conduct ‘specific’ category cross border operations or operations in Ireland, shall provide the Irish Aviation Authority, as the competent authority, with: • A completed application (Annex A), via email to drones@iaa.ie; • A copy of the term of LUC received; • A .kml file outlining the location(s) of the intended operation... • Screening of Appropriate Assessment, if required...
