O Decreto-Lei n.º 58/2018, obriga a contratação de seguro pelos operadores de UAS que operem aeronaves não tripuladas (UA) com mais de 0,900Kg (900g). [...] O seguro previsto deve é contratado a fim de cobrir a obrigação de indemnizar terceiros por danos patrimoniais causados por UAS cuja respetiva aeronave tenha uma massa máxima operacional superior a 900 gramas e até aos 20Kg (seguro obrigatório), com um mínimo de capital seguro por anuidade, independentemente do número de sinistros, tal como estipulado na portaria.
