法第十条第二項第三号に掲げる小型無人機等の飛行を行おうとする者(以下「公務操縦者」という。)が行う同条第三項の規定による管区海上保安本部長への通報は、当該小型無人機等の飛行を開始する時間の四十八時間前までに、次に掲げる書類を、所轄海上保安部等の長を経由して、所轄本部長に提出して行うものとする。
