４　第一項の規定により更新期間前に有効期間の更新がされた技能証明の有効期間の起算日は、前項の規定により技能証明書が交付された日とする。 ５　第二項の規定により更新期間前に有効期間の更新がされた技能証明及び更新期間内証明の有効期間の起算日は、第三項の規定により技能証明が交付された日とする。
