The user of an unmanned aircraft that has received Aircraft Certification (機体認証) must comply with any order issued by the Minister of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism to perform necessary maintenance or take other measures if the aircraft does not conform, or is at risk of not conforming, to safety standards.

国土交通大臣は、機体認証を受けた無人航空機が安全基準に適合せず、又は第百三十二条の十三第十項の有効期間を経過する前に安全基準に適合しなくなるおそれがあると認めるときは、当該無人航空機の使用者に対し、安全基準に適合させるため、又は安全基準に適合しなくなるおそれをなくするために必要な整備その他の措置を講ずべきことを命ずることができる。
