Når operatøren mottar tilsynsrapporten har den tre uker til å gjennomføre årsaksanalyse og lage en plan for lukking av eventuelle avvik. Disse skal sendes til Luftfartstilsynet senest tre uker etter mottak av tilsynsrapporten.
