Minimalny wiek pilota bezzałogowego statku powietrznego wykonującego operacje z użyciem systemu bezzałogowego statku powietrznego w kategorii „otwartej”, o której mowa w art. 4 rozporządzenia nr 2019/947/UE, i „szczególnej”, o której mowa w art. 5 rozporządzenia nr 2019/947/UE, wynosi 14 lat.
