Exemption for Light Drones in Control Zones

If your drone weighs less than 250 grams and you fly no higher than 30 meters (approx. 100 feet) above the ground, you do not need to get air traffic control approval to fly inside a control zone.

UAS, mit einer höchstzulässigen Startmasse von weniger als 250 g, welche bis zu einer maximalen Flughöhe von 30 Meter über Grund genutzt werden, sind von dieser Zustimmungspflicht ausgenommen: Sie dürfen Sie Ihr UAS daher auch ohne Zustimmung der Flugverkehrskontrollstelle starten.
