Drone Restriction Around Royal Castles Guarded by the Defence

If a royal castle (or civil list castle) is guarded by the military (Forsvaret), you must not fly your drone within 300 meters horizontally of the castle unless you have obtained permission from the Adjudantstab.

Stk. 5. Hvis et civillisteslot, jf. § 12, stk. 1, eller et andet kongeligt slot er under Forsvarets bevogtning, skal Adjudantstabens tilladelse indhentes. Droneoperationer må i sådanne tilfælde ikke finde sted nærmere end 300 meters horisontal afstand fra slottet uden Adjudantstabens tilladelse.
