the aeronautical knowledge component of the RePL training course must require the applicant to complete training, and pass an examination, in all of the units of knowledge that are required for the relevant RPA under Schedule 4, except the Common units. (3) An applicant who holds 1 of the following: (a) a flight crew licence; (b) an overseas flight crew licence... is taken to satisfy the aeronautical knowledge component of the training mentioned in subsection (2).
