(c) De acuerdo a lo establecido en el Art. 82 del Código Aeronáutico, quedan prohibidas todas las operaciones de vuelos y sobrevuelos de RPAS de cualquier peso de despegue sobre las instalaciones militares, unidades de flota y bases aéreas de las Fuerzas Armadas. Del mismo modo, se mantiene la prohibición a estas aeronaves, para sobrevuelos sobre instalaciones carcelarias e instalaciones estratégicas definidas por el Estado de Chile.
