If an uninvolved person enters your operational range, you should adjust your flight to keep them safe, and stop the flight entirely if safety cannot be guaranteed.

EASA accepts that if an uninvolved person enters the range of the UAS operation, the remote pilot adjusts the operation to ensure safety and discontinues it if safety is not ensured, as a means of complying with UAS.OPEN.040(1).

If an uninvolved person enters the range of the UAS operation, the remote pilot should, where necessary, adjust the operation to ensure the safety of the uninvolved person and discontinue the operation if the safety of the UAS operation is not ensured.
