UK Regulation (EU) 2019/945 does not apply to UAS with a maximum take-off mass of less than 100 g, or to UAS designed to be operated exclusively in wholly or mainly enclosed areas.

4 This Regulation does not apply to — a UAS designed to be exclusively operated in areas which are wholly or mainly enclosed; b UAS with an MTOM of less than 100 g.
