Den som uppsåtligen eller av oaktsamhet... utför fotografering eller liknande registrering från luftfartyg i strid med 6 § första stycket eller föreskrifter enligt 7 §, eller sprider en sammanställning av geografisk information i strid med 9 § döms till böter eller fängelse i högst ett år, om gärningen inte är belagd med samma eller strängare straff enligt brottsbalken. I ringa fall ska det inte dömas till ansvar.
