Tether tensile strength for tethered aerodynes of 25 kg or less

If you fly a tethered aerodyne (for example a tethered multirotor) weighing 25 kg or less, the tether must be able to withstand at least 10 times the aircraft's weight at maximum mass. This is a minimum — a stronger tether is fine.
