L'exploitant a notifié au préalable au ministre chargé de l'aviation civile vouloir opérer dans les conditions du présent article selon la forme et la manière spécifiées par le ministre chargé de l'aviation civile. Cette notification préalable est requise à compter du 1 er mars 2026 pour toute opération dans les conditions du présent article et ne nécessite pas d'être renouvelée.
