国土交通大臣は、航空機の航行の安全並びに地上及び水上の人及び物件の安全を確保するため必要があると認めるときは、必要な限度において、技能証明に、その技能証明に係る者の身体の状態に応じ、無人航空機を飛行させるについて必要な条件を付し、及びこれを変更することができる。
