The Minister of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism may revoke a Remote Pilot Competency Certificate (無人航空機操縦者技能証明) or suspend its validity for a period of up to one year if the holder violates the Aviation Act, orders issued under the Act, administrative dispositions based on them, or commits misconduct or gross negligence while operating an unmanned aircraft.

国土交通大臣は、技能証明を受けた者が次の各号のいずれかに該当するときは、その技能証明を取り消し、又は一年以内において期間を定めてその技能証明の効力を停止することができる。 四この法律若しくはこの法律に基づく命令の規定又はこれらに基づく処分に違反したとき。 五無人航空機を飛行させるに当たり、非行又は重大な過失があつたとき。
